Local information

Gardening in Cardiff West

Cardiff West runs from Riverside and Canton through Llandaff, Fairwater, Ely and Caerau to Radyr, Pentyrch and St Fagans. It also takes in the three Pontyclun wards of Rhondda Cynon Taf. In the Cardiff wards, garden waste goes out every two weeks throughout the year. Bessemer Close in Leckwith is the closer of the two city recycling centres, and every visit there must be booked. Pontyclun households follow RCT rules instead, with free registered sacks and the Llantrisant tip.1 2 3 4 5
