Local information

Gardening in Torbay

The Torbay constituency takes in eleven wards, mostly in and around Torquay. It runs from Barton, Watcombe and St Marychurch to Wellswood, Chelston and Shiphay. Preston and Goodrington in Paignton are included too. Torbay Council is unitary, so it handles both bin rounds and the tip. Its company SWISCo does the work on the ground. A brown garden bin costs £51.80 a year. The single recycling centre at Tor Park Road needs a booked slot.1 2 3 4
