Recycling centres

Two Hampshire tips serve the seat, at Alton in the north and Petersfield in the south.

  • Each visit needs a booked slot, and garden waste goes in the green waste container.
  • Alton is licensed for household chemicals and pesticides, up to five litres a month.
  • Petersfield has steps, so check access before unloading heavy loads by hand.
  • A van, pick-up or trailer needs Hampshire's £20 digital permit for 12 visits.
