for Shear Power Gardening Service
Scope of Services:
Shear Power Gardening Service provides professional gardening and lawn care services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, garden clearing, fence painting, and other gardening tasks as per the customer's request.
Booking and Scheduling:
Customers can book services through the Shear Power website or by contacting our customer service team. Appointments are subject to availability, and customers are encouraged to schedule in advance to secure their preferred time slots.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments with advance notice. A cancellation fee of £25 may apply for cancellations made within 48 hours of the planned start time.
Pricing and Payment:
Prices are based on the type and size of the garden and the selected services. An initial quote will be provided, and final pricing will be confirmed upon assessment of the property. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Access to Property:
Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Shear Power is not liable for any delays or issues related to property access. If access is not provided, a call-out fee may be charged.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers should remove any items that could obstruct the work or pose a risk. Specific gardening preferences and concerns should be communicated in advance.
Quality Guarantee:
Shear Power strives for customer satisfaction and quality service. Customers should report any issues within 48 hours of service completion for resolution.
Liability:
Shear Power is insured and takes reasonable precautions to prevent damage. However, customers are advised to secure valuable or fragile items. Shear Power is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper maintenance, or incidents outside our control.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
Shear Power respects customer privacy and maintains the confidentiality of personal information. Customer information is used solely for service-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Termination of Service:
Shear Power reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or inappropriate behavior by the customer or anyone on the property.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Shear Power may update these terms and conditions as needed. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
